Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Lemoine to join our manufacturing team, BENEFITS DAY 1 +++3 WEEKS VACATION Dedicated to producing high-precision components through advanced machining techniques. This role involves operating and programming CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, milling machines, to create complex parts in accordance with detailed blueprints and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency in CNC programming, and experience working with various manufacturing tools and software. Responsibilities

- Operate CNC lathes and milling machines, ensuring precise adherence to specifications and safety standards.
- Program CNC equipment using languages such as Mazatrol and Fanuc to optimize machining processes.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models created in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Perform routine machine setup, calibration, and maintenance to ensure consistent performance.
- Utilize hand tools, calipers, power tools, and welding equipment for auxiliary tasks such as assembly or minor adjustments.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement tools like calipers to verify dimensions.
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate documentation of machining processes, adjustments, and quality checks.




- Collaborate with team members on projects involving assembly, welding, or other manufacturing tasks.
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed for inventory management.

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC lathe and CNC milling machines.
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages including Mazatrol and Fanuc controls.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to machining processes, tooling, and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models confidently.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for part design review.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, calipers, welding techniques, and assembly procedures.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to promote continuous improvement.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
