Restaurant General Manager – High-Volume Downtown Toronto Flagship | Toronto, ON | $90,000 Base + $10,000 Bonus.
An established Toronto restaurant group is seeking an experienced GM to lead a large, high‑profile downtown operation.

This senior role oversees a 300+ seat restaurant, 100+ seat patio, private dining spaces, multiple revenue streams and a chef‑driven kitchen.

The GM is responsible for full operational and financial performance while leading a substantial FOH/BOH team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple moving parts and robust daily demand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and develop the management team

· recruit, train and retain a strong FOH team

· partner with the Executive Chef

· drive sales and maximize revenue

· manage labor, scheduling and productivity

· maintain tight food, beverage and operating cost controls

· deliver consistently high hospitality standards

· oversee patio, private dining and events

· ensure robust presentation and operating standards

· support a culture of urgency, accountability and hospitality.

Who We’re Looking For:





· 5+ years senior restaurant management experience

· experience running a 250+ seat or high‑volume venue

· strong financial and P&L; capability

· proven labor and cost management

· experience leading large teams

· hands‑on, organized, decisive operator

· background in premium casual, hotels or major venues is an asset

· comfort operating in a busy, complex environment with multiple revenue channels.
