Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Holder to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The Key Holder will be responsible for supporting store management in various functions, ensuring smooth store operations, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when management is not present
- Lead shifts by supervising, supporting, and delegating tasks to team members
- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct training and development sessions for staff to improve performance and product knowledge
- Prepare cookie dough and bake products following company recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistent product availability by executing baking schedules
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers and providing product recommendations
- Accurately prepare, package, and process orders (in-store, pickup, delivery,



and special events)
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash, including opening/closing registers and deposits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
- Enforce store policies, safety procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes with accuracy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a quick-paced environment
- Comfortable using food delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes)
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift items, and work in a kitchen environment

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
