About the Position

Auto Quest Group is looking for a creative, hands on Director of Marketing & Growth to build our brand, create compelling content and generate measurable business across social media and digital channels.

This is first and foremost a marketing leadership position. You will develop the strategy, create and oversee content, grow our online presence and turn attention into qualified vehicle-seller leads.

You will also oversee how those leads are handled through GoHighLevel, ensuring the sales team responds quickly, follows the proper process and converts marketing opportunities into business.

What You Will Be Responsible ForMarketing, Content and Brand Growth

- Develop and execute our overall marketing and content strategy.
- Create or direct engaging videos, photography, advertisements and social media content.
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Write articles, website content, press releases and industry commentary.
- Secure opportunities for Auto Quest Group content and stories to appear in relevant publications.
- Develop campaigns that generate awareness, website traffic and qualified vehicle-seller leads.
- Build relationships with influencers, media outlets and industry partners.
- Monitor trends and identify creative opportunities for the brand.
- Track views, engagement, traffic, leads and actual business generated.

Lead Conversion and Sales Accountability

- Oversee the marketing-to-sales process inside GoHighLevel.
- Ensure leads are properly routed, contacted, followed up and updated.
- Monitor sales team response times, activity and conversion performance.
- Identify neglected or stale opportunities and make sure corrective action is taken.
- Run short pipeline and performance meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain clear dashboards showing lead sources, follow up, conversion and employee performance.




- Improve automations, workflows and reporting while coordinating technical support when necessary.
- Provide ownership with a concise weekly summary of marketing results, sales follow-up and required action.

- Every legitimate lead receives prompt and consistent follow up.

- Management receives clear answers and recommendations, not pages of raw data.

What We Are Looking For

- At least five years of relevant marketing, content or growth experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating content, campaigns or brands you have helped grow.
- Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills.
- Experience creating or directing short form video and social media content.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, digital analytics and conversion.
- Experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM platform.
- Confidence managing people and holding a sales team accountable.
- A creative mindset combined with strong organization and commercial judgment.
- Automotive or high volume consumer lead generation experience is an asset.

Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
