Duties:

-Follow GMP, Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements.

-Remove any off- grade apples to the juice bin

-Remove fruit that does not meet specs

-Inform Q/A or Production Manager of any abnormalities, e.g. Mixed varieties in bins, defects etc.

-Assist in maintaining a clean work workplace, by cleaning work area at the end of each day

-Participate in all required Bay Growers training.

Other duties as required within capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Good hand eye co-ordination.
- Understand apple quality differences.
- Able to stand long hours
- Communicate effectively with Management and Staff
- Able to work in a fast pace environment

-Works in an uncontrolled temperature environment.

-PPE is provided (you must provide your own safety shoes)
