Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00 pm

Salary: Starting $17.00/hour

Position Overview:

The Service Porter plays a vital role in keeping our service department running smoothly and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for managing vehicle flow throughout the dealership, maintaining clean and organized service bays and parking lots, and assisting service advisors and technicians with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Vehicle Handling & Logistics: Safely drive, park, and relocate customer and dealership vehicles across the lot, service lanes, and shop area.

· Customer Service Support: Greet customers arriving in the service drive-thru, assist with intake, install protective coverings (seat covers, floor mats, etc.), and retrieve vehicles for customers upon completion of service.

· Vehicle Prep: Transport cars to and from the detail/wash bay area, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers clean and ready.

· Shuttle Service: Perform customer shuttle runs to drop off or pick up clients as needed.

· Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the service drive-thru, customer waiting areas,



and shop lanes; assist with lot organization and snow/waste removal as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).

· Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods

· Strong organized skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

· High school diploma or equivalent
