We are a small, growing Canadian tech company looking for a reliable "Eyes and Hands" technician for our equipment located at YVR Airport. You will be our boots on the ground, performing on-site troubleshooting and hardware swaps while tethered to our senior remote technicians via phone/video.

THE WORK:

-Hours: 20 to 40 hours per month (On-call/As-needed).

-Location: Must be able to get to YVR Airport easily.

-Tech: Swapping/troubleshooting Mac Minis and iPads.

-Collaboration: You do the physical work; our remote tech guides the software side.

WHAT YOU NEED:

-Comfortable with Apple hardware (macOS and iOS).

-Must own a portable external monitor, mouse and basic screwdrivers.

-Solid communication skills—you are our eyes on-site!





-Ability to pass airport security background checks.

COMPENSATION:

-Hourly rate based on experience (please state your expected rate).

-This is a contractual position to start, with full-time potential as we scale and if there is a match.

- Hours are FLEXIBLE: Ideally we would like a contractor that is looking for an extra 20-40 hours of work per month. You can decide to go once a week for a few hours, once every two weeks, etc.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 8.0 per week
