We are seeking a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with lived experience or expertise working within the Asian-Canadian community. Preference is given for candidates able to conduct therapy in mandarin and/or cantonese.

True Resilience Psychotherapy is therapy practice dedicated to transforming lives through authentic connection and compassionate mental health care. We are a Toronto-based clinic that focuses on creating an inclusive, open-minded, and trauma-informed space for first- and second-generation Asian immigrants, adults, and elders.

What We’re Looking For:

- Education: Completed Master’s degree or higher in psychotherapy, psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed Therapist: Registered Psychotherapist - Fully Registered or Qualifying- with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- Liability Insurance: Must have own professional liability insurance.
- Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices.
- Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, Jane App, and Zoom.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $90.00 per hour
