We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator/ Medical Aesthetic Receptionist

Key Responsibilities as marketing coordinator

- Update and re-design (as needed) clinic's website (Shopify and Wordpress) and social media platform
- Google SEO / ads campaign
- Coordinate Meta Ads
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content (Instagram posts, Reels, Stories, TikTok videos) aligned with clinic promotions and brand identity
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and client bookings
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and report results to the management team

Key Responsibilities as medical aesthetic receptionist

- Welcome clients warmly and professionally
- Answer incoming calls, text messages, and client inquiries promptly
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Manage practitioner schedules and help maximize appointment availability
- Check clients in and out and process payments accurately
- Explain clinic services, promotions, memberships, and treatment options
- Assist clients in selecting and booking appropriate services
- Follow up with leads and client inquiries
- Maintain accurate client information and appointment records
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, laser technicians, aestheticians, and management




- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Provide consistently high-quality customer service
- Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

- Experience in marketing, social media management, or related field
- Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts is a strong asset
- Fluency in English and Korean or Chinese language skills are a strong asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
- Knowledge or interest in the beauty/aesthetics industry preferred
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is required
