Warehouse Logistics Inventory Clerk

Job Location: Mississauga, ON

Timing: 8AM-4PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Payrate: $22-$25/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, sort, and verify incoming products using manifests and other shipping documents.
- Record, reconcile, and maintain accurate inventory and receiving transactions.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using order history and audit reports.
- Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts.
- Monitor product levels, damaged inventory, and quarantined stock.
- Enter and reconcile inventory transactions using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Support picking, packing, kitting, shipping, and order fulfillment activities.
- Use handheld RF scanners to accurately receive, pick, and process inventory.
- Optimize product layouts and storage locations to improve warehouse productivity and space utilization.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to respond to inventory inquiries and perform stock verifications.
- Assist with product validation and inventory setup for new client products.
- Safely operate material handling equipment and conduct equipment inspections before use.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and encourage protected work practices.
- Provide backup support to other warehouse departments as required.




- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous warehouse experience is mandatory.
- Experience in inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, or warehouse logistics is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS software is mandatory.
- Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is required.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Valid certifications for Swing Reach TSP, Order Picker, Counterbalance Forklift, and Fall Arrest are required or preferred based on operational needs.
- Experience in a warehousing or 3PL environment is an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
