Khalid Jewellers is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who has a genuine interest in jewelry, sales, customer service, and social media. The successful candidate will help customers in-store while also engaging with our online community through social media.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in-store, providing a warm and professional experience.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend jewelry based on their preferences, occasion, and budget.
- Develop robust product knowledge across jewelry and precious metals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages through social media platforms.
- Engage with customers through comments, direct messages, and other online interactions.
- Follow up with potential customers and help convert online inquiries into in-store visits and sales.
- Assist with social media content, including product posts, stories, reels, and customer engagement.
- Stay up to date with jewelry trends, styles, and social media trends.




- Maintain a polished and professional presentation of the showroom and products.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

- Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge or genuine interest in jewelry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers both in person and through social media.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to understand customer needs and make thoughtful product recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn product information quickly.
- Previous experience creating or assisting with social media content is an asset.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48.0 per week
