HELP WANTED: VAPE CUSTOMER SERVICE PRO (part time)

Inspired Vapor Company is a growing Vapor Company in central Saskatchewan.

We have expanded from one store in Melfort, SK. to four stores including Saskatoon, Prince Albert and Humboldt.

In addition to this, we require the following:





*Several years of experience working in a retail setting in a customer service capacity.

*Neat, clean appearance, and excellent safety and hygiene practices.

*Some degree of knowledge and experience in our industry.

*Valid Driver’s License, dependable vehicle.

We pay above industry level wages because we want the best people, with benefits possible after your probation period. This offer is for a part time or full time position as we grow, or at other locations. Some weekend work and scheduling flexibility will be required.

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
