Position Overview
As part of the front-line staff this position is responsible for ensuring that ALL customers are provided with top-notch service, consultation and explanation of required / recommended services as well as sales and scheduling.

Provide exceptional service while effectively communicating the customer needs to the technicians. Your ability to provide knowledgeable advice will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

- Customer Service - ensure that all customers are greeted and welcomed to our shop. offering assistance and information when / if required.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring customers understand the work being performed.
- Manage service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicles.
- Invoicing - responsible for ensuring that all invoicing is accounted for and appropriate monies have been collected/processed
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.




- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting.
- Solid sales skills with a track record of selling products or services.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in an automotive repair role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to +50 lbs.
- Must be available to work full time, 5 days a week + overtime when required
