Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled STEEP Roofing crews to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and a strong understanding of building structures. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively. MUST have own company, WCB, GST & tools

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on residential buildings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various roofing tasks.
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure roofs are watertight.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete roofing projects.
- Assist in heavy lifting of materials and equipment during installations or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in roofing
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety practices on job sites.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
