We’re looking for experienced Pizza Chef(s) with the skill, passion, and precision to bring California-style pizza to life — fresh, creative, and full of flavour.

Who You Are

- 3+ years of kitchen experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment
- 2+ years of pizza cooking experience — ideally with hand-stretched dough, stone or wood-fired ovens, and quality ingredients
- Strong organization, consistency, and attention to detail A genuine love for food, teamwork, and guest satisfaction Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and hand-stretch dough, top, and fire pizzas to perfection
- Manage your station with accuracy, speed, and pride in every plate
- Support prep, line checks, and par levels
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards
- Work collaboratively with a passionate culinary team
