We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Seed Production Associate to join our operations team.

This is more than a general labour position. You will work across both our warehouse and seed-mixing operations—preparing customer orders, producing custom seed blends, operating equipment and helping ensure every product leaves our facility accurately and on time.

The right person takes pride in doing physical work well, follows instructions carefully and can be trusted to complete a job properly without constant supervision.

What you will do

- Weigh, measure and mix custom seed blends according to production instructions.
- Verify seed varieties, lot numbers, quantities and packaging before production.
- Operate seed-mixing, weighing, bagging and related production equipment.
- Lift, carry and stack seed bags weighing up to 50 lb repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Label, seal and palletize finished products.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Receive incoming products and verify quantities and condition.




- Complete production, inventory and quality-control documentation.
- Keep seed, packaging and finished products properly organized.
- Clean production equipment between blends to prevent contamination.
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly warehouse and production area.
- Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies and equipment concerns promptly.
- Assist other operations departments as business needs change throughout the year.

- Ability to follow written production instructions and complete basic paperwork accurately.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical work and lifting up to 50 lb throughout the shift.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Basic reading, writing and math skills.
- Comfortable working in an agricultural warehouse setting where seed dust may be present.
- Reliable transportation to our Alberton facility.

Preferred qualifications

The following are assets, but we are willing to train the right person:

- Previous warehouse, agricultural, manufacturing or production experience.
- Forklift or material-handling equipment experience.
- Experience weighing, batching, blending, bagging or packaging products.




- Familiarity with inventory systems or production documentation.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort performing basic equipment adjustments.
- Experience working during high-volume or seasonal production periods.

What success looks like

Within your first several months, you will be expected to:

- Produce seed blends according to the correct formula and specifications.
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Follow contamination-prevention and equipment-cleaning procedures.
- Operate assigned equipment safely.
- Maintain dependable attendance during peak season.
- Identify and report mistakes before products leave the facility.
- Work independently on routine tasks while communicating effectively with the team.

Physical and working conditions

This is an active, hands-on position. Employees must be able to stand and move for most of the shift; bend, reach, climb and perform repetitive movements; and repeatedly lift and handle bags weighing up to 50 lb. The work takes place in an agricultural warehouse and production environment where dust, noise, temperature changes and moving equipment may be present. Appropriate personal protective equipment is provided or required.
