Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, supported by a guaranteed base in compliance with the BC Employment Standards Act.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help clients find the right vehicle, build lasting relationships, and contribute to YVR Auto Group’s reputation for integrity and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in-person, online, and over the phone
- Assist clients in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budgets
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features confidently
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the finance team to support client approvals
- Generate current leads through networking, referrals, and social platforms
- Stay up to date with market trends and dealership inventory
- Uphold professionalism and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications

- Sales experience (automotive or other industries) an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated,



and confident working independently
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Valid Canadian driver’s license (required)
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Schedule

- Full-time, minimum 5 days per week
- Weekends are mandatory (weekday off provided)
- Must be available during peak dealership hours

Compensation

- Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential
- Guaranteed to meet or exceed BC minimum wage requirements

Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorized to work full-time (40 hours/week) in Canada.
This includes:

- Canadian Citizens
- Permanent Residents
- Individuals with valid open work permits (40+ hrs/week)

Note: We are unable to hire candidates on restricted student permits (20 hrs/week).
