About Us

Star Appliance Repair is a trusted appliance repair company serving residential customers across the Greater Toronto Area. As we expand our service area beyond the GTA, we are looking for experienced, reliable Appliance Repair Technicians to join our growing team of service professionals.

This role involves travelling to residential properties to diagnose and repair common household appliances. Technicians work independently, manage appointments using our mobile work app, and complete repairs while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair and service appliances including refrigerators, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, washers, and dryers
- Follow service manuals and technical documentation
- Work independently and travel throughout the Kitchener + surrounding areas (details will be discussed during the first interview) using a personal vehicle.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in appliance service
- College or university diploma in a relevant field




- Valid Ontario G driver’s license
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must have deep knowledge in servicing residential and high-end appliance brands
- Must have sales and customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

- Gas Technician certification (G2 or higher)
