Residential Real Estate Developer looking for full time site crew labourer to work on site in Kilworth/Komoka AND Grand Bend, Ontario. May be some need for other site in London, Ontario. Candidate will perform a variety of landscaping and construction labour tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Perform all duties assigned by the Supervisor, various construction and landscaping tasks.
- Perform landscape construction and maintenance activities including grading, planting, sod installation, mulching, pruning, watering and clean-up.
- Inspect sites and identify deficiencies before they become larger issues.
- Operate and maintain landscaping and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with general construction, site maintenance, and improvement projects as required.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with attention to quality, safety, and appearance.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly; picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use.
- Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team

Job Skills & Qualifications





- Experience in landscape maintenance required
- Ability to identify problems, develop practical solutions, and complete repairs independently.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physically demanding work.
- WHIMIS training; Working at Heights Training; Worker Health & Safety Awareness training; Knowledge of applicable safety precautions are assets.
- Must have a valid driver’s license to get to and from various job sites.
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions.
- Compensation - base hourly rate.
