Duties

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, giving correct change and managing cash handling procedures responsibly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food counter area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times for customers.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper kitchen hygiene practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
