Job Title: GenAI Developer

Duration: 06+ Months Contract (Possible Extensions)

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)

Job Description:

- We are seeking a GenAI Developer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AWS cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning models.
- Develop AI-powered APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and prompt engineering techniques.
- Utilize AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and API Gateway.
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud-native applications and enterprise platforms.




- Perform model monitoring, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills:

- Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
- Machine Learning (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
- AWS Cloud (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway)

Preferred Skills:

- MLOps and CI/CD for AI/ML deployments
- Vector Databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch, FAISS, ChromaDB)
- BFSI domain experience

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
