Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential in supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates across various industries.
Duties
- Conduct research and utilize various channels to identify potential candidates through cold calling, lead generation, and social media outreach.
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives by engaging with passive candidates and building talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Participate in training & development programs to stay current with best practices in recruiting, sourcing strategies, and HR technology tools.
- Collaborate with HR team members on employee relations initiatives and contribute to employer branding efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with familiarity in HR sourcing techniques.
- Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin is considered a solid asset.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to conduct interviewing sessions confidently while assessing candidate qualifications accurately.
- Excellent research skills combined with cold calling experience to generate leads and build candidate pipelines.
- Familiarity with human resources practices related to employee relations and training & development is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
