We’re looking for Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. Whether you’ve got years of experience behind the line or you’re looking to build your skills in a fast-paced restaurant, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for:

- Preparing and cooking Montana’s menu items according to our recipes and standards
- Working various stations on the line, including grill, fry, sauté, and assembly
- Making sure every plate goes out hot, fresh, and looking great
- Setting up and stocking your station before and during each shift
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready for service
- Following food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- Communicating and working closely with the rest of the kitchen team
- Keeping your cool and staying organized during busy rushes
- Helping with prep, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed
