Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP), - Prairies Division, formally Nelson River Construction (NRC) is hiring motivated General Labourers for our Aggregate Division. This position supports operations at our Grunthal and Stonewall locations with occasional travel to other project sites as required. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between work locations

Duties and Responsibilities

- Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or experienced crew members
- Assist team members with various tasks on site
- Prepare and clean up work areas
- Operate small tools and equipment (training provided as needed)
- Perform other tasks as assigned throughout the day

Job Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in various weather conditions




- Previous construction experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
- Team-oriented, dependable, and organized
- Punctual, with a willingness to work full-time, overtime, and occasional weekends
- Experience operating construction equipment is an asset
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work out of town and in remote locations when required

Hours

Monday to Thursday: 6 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 6 AM – 4 PM
Hours may vary by day and location. Some weekend work may be required.
