The Installer at N.O.W. is responsible for working both independently and as part of a team to deliver professional office and commercial furniture installation services. The Installer is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism on-site while consistently delivering quality workmanship and customer service. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to upholding N.O.W.’s standards and expectations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Load and unload product safely and efficiently at the warehouse and job sites.
- Stage products appropriately on-site while maintaining a clean, organized, and protected work area.
- Read and interpret drawings, floor plans, and installation plans to ensure product is installed accurately and according to specifications.
- Communicate any damaged product, missing components, or site-related issues to the Site Lead in a timely manner.
- Maintain, organize, and take responsibility for all company-provided tools, including reporting and replacing any missing or damaged tools as required.
- Wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with company and site safety requirements.
- Assist with truck deliveries as needed, including loading, unloading, and handling products safely.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Successful completion of a security clearance screening is required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
- Experience reading and interpreting floor plans and blueprints is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with and experience using basic hand tools.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
