**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced **Warehouse/Forklift Operator (Shipper/Receiver)** to join their growing team in Aldergrove.

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control**

+ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
+ Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently.
+ Pick, package, and stage materials for production, inventory storage, branch transfers, and customer shipments.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and warehouse management systems.
+ Support inventory cycle counts and help ensure inventory accuracy.

**Forklift & Material Handling**

+ Perform and document daily forklift inspections.
+ Safely operate forklifts to move heavy steel products throughout the warehouse, production facility, and yard.
+ Utilize proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment to move loads exceeding 50 lbs.
+ Refuel propane forklifts and recharge electric forklifts according to company safety procedures.
+ Ensure products and materials are stored and handled properly to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.

**Safety & Team Collaboration**

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
+ Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
+ Ensure aisles, storage areas, and workspaces remain organized and hazard-free.
+ Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and production teams to meet daily operational goals.
+ Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

**What We're Looking For**

**Required Qualifications**

+ Minimum **3 years of warehouse experience** .
+ Minimum **2 years of forklift operating experience** .
+ Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
+ Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
+ Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counting.
+ Solid communication skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to safely work with heavy materials in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Valid forklift certification.
+ Experience operating an **SDCB forklift** .




+ Experience handling steel products or other heavy industrial materials.
+ Strong commitment to safety and workplace organization.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Abbotsford, BC.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
