**Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
This role involves safely and efficiently handling products within a warehouse workplace, including picking, packing, receiving, and moving pallets using material handling equipment.
You will help maintain accurate inventory records through the use of warehouse management systems and RF scanners while supporting smooth and timely warehouse operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pick, pack, consolidate, and sort products according to order and inventory requirements.
+ Palletize products and prepare them for storage, staging, or shipment.
+ Receive incoming products, verify quantities, and ensure items go to the correct storage locations.
+ Load and unload pallets from trailers or staging areas using material handling equipment.
+ Transport and stage pallets in designated storage locations in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Maintain proper product rotation by following established inventory control procedures.
+ Use warehouse management systems and RF scanners to scan, track, and update product movements.
+ Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to support a secure working environment.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
+ Proficiency using RF scanners for product identification and inventory tracking.
+ Experience operating a pump truck or pallet jack.
+ Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods of time in a warehouse setting.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
+ Good communication skills to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
+ Basic familiarity with warehouse management systems or related inventory control tools.

+ Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
+ Comfort working with material handling equipment in a fast-paced setting.
+ Attention to detail when scanning, picking, and recording product information.
+ Reliability and punctuality to support consistent shift coverage.

**Work Environment**
This position is based in a warehouse setting with a shift running from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday to Friday.
You will work with forklifts, pump trucks, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems to handle and track products.
The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, as well as working around pallets and material handling equipment.
The environment is active and physically engaging, with a focus on safety, organization, and effective workflow throughout the shift.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
