We're hiring for multiple openings within a busy food manufacturing facility in Richmond, including:

+ General Production Workers
+ Packaging Associates
+ Sanitation Workers
+ Machine Operators

**Shift Information**

+ Morning shifts typically start between **5:00 AM and 6:30 AM**
+ Afternoon shifts typically start between **2:00 PM and 3:00 PM**
+ Facility operates **Monday through Saturday**
+ Employees are generally scheduled 5 days per week but must be available for the 6-day operating schedule
+ **Reliable transportation is required for morning shifts** due to limited transit availability
+ If using transit, be prepared for approximately a **25-minute walk from the nearest bus stop**

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Previous manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or labour experience preferred
+ Comfortable working in a facility that processes pork and other non-vegetarian products
+ Good English communication skills
+ Able to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
+ Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical work
+ Reliable, safety-conscious, and dependable

**Overview of Positions**

**Packaging Associate**

+ Sorting and packaging products from a conveyor line
+ Fast-paced environment handling frozen products
+ Lifting up to 50 lbs required

**Sanitation Worker**

+ Cleaning equipment, trays, machinery, and production areas
+ Physically demanding role involving repetitive lifting
+ Water buckets up to 35 kg (77 lbs) and trays up to 10 kg (22 lbs)

**Machine Operator**

+ Operating and monitoring food production equipment
+ Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience preferred
+ Lifting up to 40 lbs required

**Work Environment**

+ High-volume food manufacturing facility
+ Refrigerated work areas maintained at approximately **8°C to 10°C**
+ Fast-paced production setting with strict food safety standards
+ Steel-toe boots required
