Job Summary

We are seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our Flextech team in Langley, BC. The position will be responsible for shipping/receiving duties in our custom metal fabrication facility.

Established in 1988, Flextech Industries Inc. specializes in the manufacturing of flexible metal hose, piping and ducting products, designed to handle thermal expansion, vibration and other movement. In addition, Flextech manufactures metal bellows and expansion joint products, and continues to expand markets for dampers and flow control components. Our customers are located all over the world, in varied industries, including: chemical and petrochemical, power generation, pulp and paper, steel, transportation, and marine.

Responsibilities

- Packing/Unpacking shipments
- Completing shipping/receiving process in our computer system
- Painting
- Tagging products
- Picking goods for shipments
- Preparing shipping documents
- Cleanup

Requirements

- Previous experience is an asset
- Forklift License is an asset
- Fluent in English
- Working with power tools is an asset
