TK Elevator is seeking a senior Sales Leader to drive service and repair sales across Canada, with in office roles in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. You will lead strategy, oversee complex negotiations, and manage a high-performing team to grow market share and profitability.
You will partner with branches to strengthen sales bench strength, monitor KPIs and budgets, and analyze market data to forecast pipeline and guide pricing decisions. Travel ~25% across Canada and the U.S. is required.
