* Remove existing roofing materials as required. * Inspect roof decking, flashing, and underlying structure for damage. * Repair or replace damaged decking and roofing components. * Install underlayment, ice-and-water membrane, flashing, and ventilation as required. * Install asphalt shingles or other specified roofing materials according to manufacturer specifications. * Install and seal roof penetrations, vents, valleys, drip edges, and flashing. * Maintain a clean and protected work area throughout the project. * Remove and dispose of roofing debris upon completion. * Perform a final inspection to ensure the roof is properly installed, weather-tight, and meets applicable building requirements.
