You might be exactly who we're looking for. RoofLife Simcoe is building our local field crew and we're looking for TWO reliable, hands-on people to join us part-time. We have part-time hours available immediately for September and October, with the opportunity to return and take on more hours as we grow next season. And no, you don't need to be a roofer. You might currently be a: • Painter • Pressure washer or exterior cleaner • Window cleaner • Gutter installer or cleaner • Landscaper • Construction labourer • Handyman • Siding or exterior renovation worker • Solar installer • Roofer looking for something easier on the body • Firefighter or shift worker looking for additional income • Semi-retired tradesperson who isn't ready to sit still If you're comfortable on ladders and roofs, know your way around basic tools, and take pride in doing a job properly, we can teach you the RoofLife system. What exactly is RoofLife? We help homeowners extend the life of qualifying asphalt shingle roofs using a specialized roof rejuvenation treatment. Think more along the lines of exterior home maintenance than traditional roofing. No tearing roofs off. No carrying bundles of shingles up ladders all day. No installing an entire new roof. Our crew inspects and prepares the roof, completes minor maintenance where required, protects the property, applies our rejuvenation treatment using specialized spray equipment, cleans up and leaves the property looking great. What would you actually do? Working as part of a two-person crew, you'll:



• Set up and safely use extension ladders and fall-protection equipment • Work on residential roofs • Inspect roofs and identify basic maintenance issues • Blow and prepare roof surfaces • Complete minor caulking, sealing and simple repairs • Cover and protect landscaping, decks and other surfaces • Operate professional spray equipment and long hoses • Work with your crew partner to manage equipment from the ground and roof • Take before and after photos • Keep our van, tools and equipment clean and organized • Talk to homeowners and represent our company professionally Your Workday Starts and Ends in Bradford Our crew and equipment are based in Bradford. You'll report to our Bradford location at the beginning of each workday, head to the day's jobs in our company vehicle, and return to Bradford with the crew at the end of the day. You don't need to drive your own vehicle from customer to customer or meet us at job sites throughout the territory. Our jobs are located throughout Simcoe County, with occasional work in Muskoka and Parry Sound. The Two Things We Won't Compromise On 1. Working at Heights You MUST be comfortable working on ladders and residential roofs and have a valid Ontario Working at Heights certification. 2. Driving Record You MUST have a valid driver's licence and clean driving record. Both crew members will need to be capable of safely driving our company van when required. What Matters More to Us Than Roofing Experience? Reliability. If you say you're going to be there Tuesday morning, you're there Tuesday morning.
