Summary We are seeking a passionate Agronomist to join our team in Pilot Mound and surrounding area. In this role, you will contribute to developing and implementing fertility management strategies and provide expert assessment of pests and disease to support our company's commitment to sustainable agriculture and farmers’ success. Responsibilities • Soil mapping and collection of soil using GIS and GPS programs • Conduct research and analyze soil and crop data to inform fertility management plans. • Develop and refine product solutions tailored to client needs. • Collect and interpret data from laboratory tests and field studies.
• Collaborate with farmers and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of agronomic practices. • Stay updated on the latest advancements in agronomy and related fields. Qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field. • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data collection. • Excellent research capabilities and analytical thinking. • Ability to communicate complex information clearly. • Prior experience in the agricultural or food industry is a plus. • Passion for sustainable farming practices. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
