JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled licensed Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our fleet vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and safety. RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as changing oil, checking tire pressure, and inspecting brakes - Diagnose mechanical issues and propose appropriate solutions - Repair or replace vehicle parts as needed - Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed REQUIREMENTS -Must have valid 310-S Service Technician license -Ozone Depletion Certificate -3-5 years of related experience preferred or be a 3rd of 4th year apprentice -All Data experience is an asset -Vehicle air conditioning unit repair experience is an asset -Familiar with Hybrid vehicles an asset -Strong electrical diagnosis skills and in-depth mechanical repair -Motivated and able to work with limited supervision -Trustworthy, dependable and honest -Computer literate and up-to-date with the latest technology -Valid “G” ON driver’s license JOB TYPE Full time EXPERIENCE -Mechanic experience: 3 years (required) -Maintenance: 3 years (required) -Electrical experience: 3 years (required) -Automotive diagnostics: 3 years (required) -Air conditioning maintenance: 3 years (preferred) LICENCE/CERTIFICAITON REQUIRMENTS - Active 310S Automotive Service Technician licence (required) SALARY CA$40.00-CA$45.00 per hour depending on experience
