We build and manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Truro, NS. Key Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including: renovations, framing, drywall, finishing, painting. • Collaborate with tenants, property management and other team members to complete projects efficiently. • Comply with all company policies and safety regulations. Requirements: • Proven experience as a carpenter +/or building technician. • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.



• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. • Clean criminal background check. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. • Must be currently able to work in Nova Scotia.
