We’re looking for a Sales Manager who lives and breathes hardwood flooring. You know your species, finishes, current trends, and installation basics inside and out—and you know how to turn that expertise into results. What you’ll do -Serve as the face of quality for our brand, building strong relationships with clients, builders, and designers -Drive growth by generating and converting leads through consultations, site visits, and ongoing account management -Turn one-time consultations into long-term loyal customers by delivering expert advice and exceptional service -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to installation and aftercare What you bring -Deep knowledge of the hardwood flooring industry (species, finishes, trends, and installation fundamentals)
