I'm looking for sales person, manager, partner for renovation company. I have established company on Homestars since their beginnings, with very valuable reviews, in Toronto. . I do all work myself usually spotless.Multiple trades and almost anything exterior, interior. Daily I'm receiving more than few contacts from homeowners themselves,that they are interested to discuss their project. Homestars now have new system of charging fees per lead, usually between 50 -150 +hst. Your role would be to take a risk ( pay for lead,) Visit customer, sign contract...etc.. I would give you price what would be my cost to do the work. You can put your margin as much you like. For sure it has to be win-win partnership. I'm looking for person of integrity.
