We treat a broad MSK caseload across sports rehab, post-surgical recovery, vestibular, chronic pain, ICBC, and WorkSafeBC, with strong booking volume and direct billing fully handled. We're a small, tight-knit team that takes clinical quality seriously. We discuss cases, support each other, and genuinely care about the outcomes we achieve with our patients.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment programs to improve patients' mobility and quality of life. The successful applicant will possess solid clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Duties

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately in medical records.




- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance.
- Assist in the development of discharge plans and follow-up care instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.

About you

- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the CHCPBC
- Professional liability insurance
- New graduates and early-career clinicians strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical reasoning - you want to understand why, not just treat what hurts
- Excellent communicator; patients leave your sessions knowing exactly what's going on and why
- A team player who lifts the people around you and contributes positively to clinic culture
- IMS or dry needling certification is an asset, but not required
