Job Title: Door-to-Door Outside Sales Representative — Roof Rejuvenation (Grande Prairie, AB)

Job Overview:
Raptor Mountain Roofing is hiring an outside sales representative to sell Roof Rejuvenate directly to homeowners in Grande Prairie and the surrounding area. This is a door-to-door role for someone who likes being out in the neighbourhood, works well on their own, and wants their paycheck to reflect how hard they hustle. Roof rejuvenation is a newer service in this market, so you'll be building demand for something most homeowners haven't heard of yet.

What You'll Do:

- Canvass residential neighbourhoods door-to-door to find homeowners who would like maintenance for their shingle roofs
- Explain how Roof Rejuvenate extends roof life and saves homeowners money versus a full replacement
- Book inspections and follow up with interested homeowners
- Close deals and hand off completed sales to the crew
- Keep track of your doors, leads, and appointments so nothing falls through

What We're Looking For:

- Integrity above everything
- Some sales experience preferred (outside sales, door-to-door, or roofing is a plus, but attitude matters more)




- Comfortable knocking on doors and hearing "no" without letting it stop you
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage your own day
- Valuable with people and able to explain things in plain language
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle to get around the area
- criminal record check will be required as per Alberta law

Compensation & Perks:

- Base pay plus commission
- Realistic weekly earnings of $600 to $2,000 depending on your effort and results
