Job Description:

We are looking to add to our Team and are searching for a mature, energetic, self-motivated and responsible individual to fill the position of Manager at our Shell Gas Bar / Convenience store in Dieppe, NB.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Set and maintain high standards of merchandising to ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 employees to deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a skilled and timely manner
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for employees and customers

The ideal candidate must:

- Have a minimum of three years of management experience in the retail petroleum industry
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong merchandising acumen with a focus on detail and presentation.
- Ability to coach, direct, and develop a team of approximately 15 employees.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Enthusiasm and passion for excellence in customer service and store operations.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
