Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchenettes, break rooms, and reception areas to ensure a hygienic environment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other essentials in restrooms and communal areas
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks like trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the facilities management team




- Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability

Qualifications

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to office environments and commercial spaces
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and floor cleaners
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and collaborate with team members
