We're looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your craft, and enjoy working alongside a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

WHO YOU ARE

- Comfortable following recipes and kitchen procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused during busy dinner services
- A team player who communicates clearly and works well under pressure
- Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, preparation, and maintaining a well-run station
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to continue developing their culinary skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Prepare and cook menu items to Mercatto standards
- Execute dinner service with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and fully stocked workstation
- Support inventory rotation, prep production, and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
