We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Parts Advisor / Service Advisor to join our small, close-knit team. If you know your way around German vehicles, enjoy working with people, and take pride in getting the right job done properly, we’d like to hear from you.

About the Role

As our Parts / Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers, technicians, and parts suppliers. You’ll help customers understand what their vehicle needs, coordinate repairs, source quality parts, and keep the shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Write up repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
- Diagnose service needs through customer communication and technician recommendations
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly
- Source, price, and order parts from suppliers
- Coordinate parts availability with technicians and manage parts returns
- Schedule and prioritize work in conjunction with the shop foreman/technicians
- Communicate repair progress, additional findings, and completion times to customers
- Review completed work orders and prepare invoices
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and parts suppliers
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional shop environment

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Parts Person, or similar automotive position
- Strong knowledge of German vehicles — BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, etc.




- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy shop
- A solid understanding of automotive parts, maintenance, and repair
- The ability to work independently while being a solid team player
- A professional, positive attitude and a genuine interest in cars

Automotive trade experience is a strong asset, but we're also open to someone with exceptional parts knowledge and customer-service experience who wants to grow with an independent specialty shop.
