Job Description

We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our growing team.

This position includes a mix of residential and commercial concrete work, including driveways, patios, sidewalks, commercial slabs, floors, and other concrete projects.

Responsibilities:

- Place and finish concrete
- Work on both residential and commercial concrete projects
- Operate finishing tools and equipment, including power trowels and hand tools
- Follow project drawings, specifications, and instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work site
- Work effectively as part of a crew

Qualifications:

- Concrete finishing experience required
- Able to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites (primarily in London, ON area)
- Ability to work well with others and follow direction
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of general construction site protocols
