Full-Time Labourer — Route Leader Training Path

Start as a Labourer. Learn the route. Take over a route. Increase your earning potential.

Honest Lawn & Snow is hiring one full-time Labourer to work alongside an experienced Route Leader and train toward taking over a route by spring 2027 or shortly afterward.

Experience is helpful, but not required. We’ll teach you the work, equipment, systems, and eventually how to safely drive a truck and trailer.

Walk-In Interviews

We are holding walk-in interviews this week. No appointment is required.

Friday, August 28 — 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Saturday, August 29 — 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

C3 Edmonton
9425 76 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6C 0J8

Interviews will be approximately 15 minutes and conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

A résumé is welcome, but not required. Just come prepared to tell us a little about yourself and why you're interested in the position.

If the open interview times above don't work for you, please email in a resume and we can try to book a 1 on 1 meeting.

Pay

Labourers typically earn approximately $3,000–$4,000+ per month before deductions.

Route Leaders can earn significantly more — up to approximately 100% more than a Labourer, depending on workload, efficiency, and route performance.

Once you become a Route Leader, you gain more control over your workload. You can use increased efficiency to earn more, work a shorter week, or find a balance between the two.

Quality and safety always come first.

Schedule

During lawn season, we typically work Monday through Thursday, with workloads generally built around approximately 40 hours per week.
