We are currently hiring experienced Saw Machine Operators to join an aluminum window manufacturing company in Vaughan. We are looking for reliable, hardworking candidates who have experience operating saw equipment and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Creditstone Rd & Langstaff Rd, Vaughan, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Industry: Aluminum Window Manufacturing

Positions Available

We are hiring operators for two types of saw machines:

- Standard Aluminum Extrusion Saw – cutting aluminum profiles/extrusions to required lengths and angles.
- Automatic Saw Machine – operating and monitoring an automatic cutting machine, including loading material, setting measurements, and checking finished cuts.

Responsibilities

- Operate saw machines safely and efficiently.
- Cut aluminum window profiles/extrusions according to required measurements.
- Load and position aluminum materials on the machine.
- Set measurements and make basic machine adjustments.
- Monitor the cutting process and ensure accurate,



high-quality cuts.
- Measure finished pieces and identify any defects or incorrect dimensions.
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other general production duties as required.

Requirements

- Previous experience operating a saw machine is required.
- Experience cutting aluminum extrusions is a strong asset.
- Experience in window or door manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to read a measuring tape and work with precise measurements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Safety shoes are required.
