We are looking for an experienced property management professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, taking ownership and having a meaningful impact within a growing company.

The successful candidate will help manage leasing, resident communication, maintenance coordination and the day-to-day operation of our properties. We are looking for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative and follows matters through to completion.

Responsibilities

- Respond to leasing inquiries and communicate professionally with prospective residents
- Conduct apartment showings in a welcoming, knowledgeable and confident manner
- Manage rental applications, prepare leases and coordinate move-ins
- Maintain tenant records, work orders and communications using Buildium
- Respond to resident questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate maintenance requests with our internal maintenance team and outside contractors
- Keep residents informed regarding access, repair timelines and follow-up
- Confirm that maintenance work has been completed properly and resident concerns have been resolved
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety or operational concerns
- Help ensure properties and common areas remain clean, safe and well maintained
- Build positive relationships with residents, contractors and team members
- Anticipate potential concerns and take initiative to resolve problems
- Manage responsibilities independently while keeping the team appropriately informed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous property management,



residential leasing or related real estate experience
- Experience using Buildium or similar property management software
- Strong apartment-showing, leasing and resident-service skills
- Excellent organization, time management and follow-through
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and the ability to solve problems independently
- A calm, respectful and solutions-focused approach
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- A strong sense of responsibility and pride in their work

About You

You are dependable, organized and comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities. You understand that successful property management requires consistency, communication, sound judgment and attention to detail.

You are equally comfortable speaking with prospective tenants, assisting current residents, coordinating contractors and working alongside an internal maintenance team. You follow through on commitments, represent the company professionally and genuinely care about the condition of the properties and the experience of the people living in them.

Pay: $72,500.00-$75,000.00 per year
