Job Requirements:

Programming

- Facilitate small group activities
- Recognize differing cultures and provide an atmosphere of acceptance.
- Teach problem solving and conflict resolution in a manner that is age appropriate
- Develop programs and activities that address participant and community needs.

Behavior Management

- Uses listening and conflict resolution skills for positive guidance with both staff and children.
- Organizes mediation or conflict resolution between children/youth when conflict occurs as needed.
- Remains with children/youth at all time or organizes supervision by fellow staff.




- Recognize identity challenges and work with youth to build confidence.

Administration
 Promote and raise public awareness of club programs through media, schools, recreation department, and personal contact

- Other duties as requested or required by Directors Team.
- Position is 30 hours per week Monday-Friday. Some special times for special programming required.

MUST BE A PERMANENT RESIDENT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
