Individual to join our team full-time.

What We’re Looking For:

- A motivated and reliable worker with a robust work ethic.
- Ability to work well with a team each driver will be paired with a team member.
- Must be able to report to our shop in North Bowmanville for shifts. (Public transportation not available)
- Must have experience in this field (not mowing your own lawn)

Key Responsibilities:

- Spring and Fall Property Cleanups
- Lawn care and Mowing with Zero-turn, Push mowers, Walk-behinds, String trimmers
- Garden Maintenance
- Landscaping
- Snow Removal

Compensation:

- Pay: $22/hour with a raise up to an additional $2/hr after a 3-month evaluation.
- Winter Pay: Summer wages with a 30% raise plus standby pay
- Full benefits package after 3 months. (Medical, Dental,



and Life insurance)
