We are looking for a reliable individual who is able to work Monday to Friday. You are required to be available from 11 AM to 8 PM as shift start & end times may vary.

REQUIREMENTS

- Provide fast, friendly service that prioritizes guest satisfaction during the mid/afternoon shift.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow Tim Hortons recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines for all production items.
- Prepare and produce menu items according to store standards.
- Maintain consistent product quality by monitoring freshness, temperatures, timing, and proper storage procedures.
- Adhere to all food safety, allergen, and sanitation procedures to ensure safe food for guests.
- Support teamwork by communicating clearly with fellow team members and leads during busy periods.
- Maintain a positive, respectful attitude and contribute to a welcoming team environment.




- Arrive on time and stay until shift completion, demonstrating reliability and strong attendance habits.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently when needed and seek help when priorities change.
- Use and follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance across all production activities.
- Lift, carry, and move supplies and products as needed, including standing for extended periods.
- Handle moderate cleaning duties and follow proper chemical use and safety instructions when required.
- Show willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and menu updates.
- Be able to work flexible hours within the scheduled mid/afternoon timeframe, including weekends and holidays as needed.
